   Proposal Description:
   Develop statistical method for evaluating diagnostic accuarcy when a gold standard is not avalible. The method will incoporate covariate effects that would influence the diagnositc accurary. The method will also consider cluster effects introduced by different centers, as well as longitudinal nature of the data.
